Laura Duester PNCPS (Acc.) is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, counsellor and mental health trainer.

She runs LD Therapy, providing one-to-one and couple psychotherapy sessions online and in Bicester, Oxfordshire (OX26). She has also provided mental heath training and counselling for a wide range of organisations including universities, schools, charities, the civil service, corporate companies and healthcare agencies.

Laura is an accredited professional member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and has training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, positive psychology, trauma therapy, life coaching, mindfulness, Mental Health First Aid, and couples counselling.

Laura has thousands of hours of clinical experience and is regularly quoted and interviewed in the media. She is also listed as a registered psychotherapist with the British Association For Performing Arts Medicine.
