Larraine Segil, Founder Chair and CEO of EWAis an entrepreneurial executive, public & private board director, with expertise in Strategic Alliances and Leadership on which she has written 5 books. She is also the interviewer of the course Women of Power.
Larraine served on public boards Frontier Communications and CalPrivate Bank, as Chair for a PE backed Company and Vice Chair of a global private company as well as on the Board of NACD PSW for 9 years, as an Adjunct Professor at 2 Law Schools and as a Senior Research Fellow at UT, Austin. She taught Executive Education at Caltech on Strategic Alliances for 24 years and served on the World Health Organization in Geneva.
She has been CEO of a Healthcare chain; CEO of an Advanced Materials Aerospace Company and Partner of Vantage Partners who wrote “Getting to Yes”. Ms. Segil holds a BA, a Graduate Honors Degree in Latin, JD & MBA.
She created three endowment funds for scholarships for women at her law school, business school and high school. She is CEO of the nonprofit EWA Foundation, peer to peer mentoring for high level women at C-level in over 40 different industries.
