I was responsible for products design from scratch including market/user research, ideation, prototyping, UX design, usability testing etc.

Conducted instructional design and developed training materials related to interaction principles, design psychology, UX trends etc.

Provided detailed Product Requirements, Operation and UX Requirements Documentations for RD departments.
