About me
Lana White holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and Wellness from Jacksonville State University (class of 99) and a minor in Gerontology. She obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2007 and worked for 10 years as a Strength Coach for athletes of all levels. She has previously worked for NASA as the Wellness Lead at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. She also worked as a Corporate Wellness Manager for Intergraph Corporation. Lana was certified as a Lifestyle Behavior Coach through a program called LEARN (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Relationships, Nutrition) and taught classes for five years. After having a family, she decided to work for herself and opened an Anytime Fitness Franchise that she operated successfully for five years, and now she trains selective clients from her home. A few months ago, she completed a certification in Female Hormones and Metabolism which reignited her passion for helping women who are struggling with hormone imbalances and weight loss struggles. Lana is a wife and a mother to two young sons (13 and 12) and loves being able to work from home and help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
