Lalitha Nagarajan presently heads the Customer Success team for AVAZ. She has been working with the company for the past ten years, almost since its inception. She has worked closely with several parents, speech therapists and special educators in the area of communication for children with speech difficulties. She serves as the primary interface between the customer and the product, ensuring that the voice of the customer reaches the product. By education she is an engineer from Bangalore University, after which she has been working in the software industry
