I’ve personally trained more than 2,500 real estate professionals, in less than 2 years, on transaction management best practices, systems, and workflows that actually work in the real world.

One of my proudest achievements was scaling operations from 35 transactions per month to over 85 in a single month—while temporarily covering for two full-time coworkers, managing the loss of a department manager, training two new hires, and still working fewer than 40 hours per week. That success wasn’t luck—it was the result of powerful systems, proven processes, and strategic automation, which I now teach others to implement.
