My name is Kristi Weideman and I own BATCH Bakehouse, a thriving cottage bakery in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. My home bakery quickly grew from a part-time side hustle to a full-fledged, thriving business, and I love helping other bakers achieve the same success. My prior professional experience is in Professional Counseling where I built a practice to work with couples and families, and specialized in treating anxiety and depression. Creating online baking for business courses feeds both of my loves: baking and supporting people to identify and achieve their goals.
