I’m an Occupational Therapist and Certified Ergonomist. I have a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (BS). I’m a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina. I obtained additional certifications: Certified Industrial Ergonomist (CIE) from Oxford Research Institute, Home Modification Consulting from University of Southern California, Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II (CEAS II) from the Back School of Atlanta.

I love training people and wanted to share my office ergonomics knowledge because I want to help people. I want to help people live injury free, healthy/fit and when it time to retire - travel or run around with their grandkids!
