He is a PMP® (Project Management Professional), an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and also holds a Professional Diploma in FIDIC Contracts and an ESG certification from Berkeley Law Executive Education.
Over his career, Koray has managed the full spectrum of contract and commercial activities—from drafting, tendering, and bid evaluation to claims, variations, and dispute resolution. He has led large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, including high-rise tower, datacenter, airport, metro systems, cultural landmarks, pipelines, hydropower plants, and industrial facilities. His work has consistently focused on balancing contractual compliance, risk management, and commercial success.
