Hi, I’m Komeil,  a senior software developer with 8 years of experience, and someone deeply passionate about coaching, mentorship, and leadership.

Over the years, I’ve supported more than 500 people through 1:1 and group mentoring (including platforms like ADPList), helping them grow in their careers, improve their communication, and navigate challenges with more clarity and confidence.

My mission is simple: to help people become more self-aware, more intentional, and ultimately build a life they truly want.

I strongly believe that in today’s world, soft skills are not “nice to have”, they are essential. The way we listen, communicate, and relate to others shapes our opportunities, relationships, and overall quality of life.

In my courses, I don’t teach from theory. I share what I’ve learned through real conversations, real struggles, and real growth in a way that feels practical, honest, and human.
