I am an Australian-based osteopath, university educator, and clinician with a focus on evidence-informed, patient-centred care.

My clinical work involves managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and pain-related presentations, with a strong emphasis on education, exercise-based rehabilitation, and helping people understand their symptoms rather than relying on quick fixes.

In addition to clinical practice, I teach in a Master’s-level osteopathy program at an Australian university, where I am involved in training future health professionals in assessment, clinical reasoning, and evidence-informed management.

My approach to education, both in the clinic and online, prioritises clarity, realism, and safety. I aim to present tools such as kinesiology taping within an honest framework: as potential supportive strategies rather than guaranteed solutions.
