My story begins as many do, with hardship, tragedy, and near hopelessness. Many years later (and countless ups and downs), I am now a certified Spiritual and Holistic practitioner, a children's educator (BA Eng.), Energy Healing practitioner, and YouTube content creator.

I am here to share the tools that brought me through crippling anxiety, debilitating depression, and general angst of life overall. I have remembered a deep love for Mother Nature and seek to live and teach others how to live in harmony with her.

My mission is to promote a spiritual lifestyle that allows natures nurture once and for all.
