I am passionate about Continuous Improvement, Psychology of human behavior and Transforming Organizational Cultures. I have over 20 years of hands-on experience leading Continuous Improvement, Organizational culture change, Agile and Robotic Process Automation in multiple industries globally.

Collaborating with my teams, operations, and senior management, I (We) have contributed significantly to (i) building leadership and problem solving capabilities in organizations globally and (ii) to the companies' bottom line ($$$$$) through Transformational initiatives.

I am passionate about what I do, love engaging with people at all levels from shop floor to senior management, training and coaching them and also learning from them.
