Ken Biddington is a dedicated specialist in adult education and Human Resource Development, with a focus on the non-profit sector. He has extensive experience in international cooperation and capacity building, working closely with executives and employees of non-profit (NPO) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). His expertise lies in implementing innovative pedagogical approaches and managing vocational schools. Over the past decade, Ken has been teaching business courses at a college in Eastern Canada.
Ken has been actively involved in two significant TVET projects in Haiti. Since 2021, he has contributed to the development of Lakou, a vocational school, where he designed the curriculum and trained both managers and teachers. From 2014 to 2017, he worked with École Mark-Gallagher, in partnership with the CCNB & Organisation internationale de la francophonie, focusing on establishing vocational education programs.
As one of the early practitioners in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), Ken is deeply knowledgeable about adult education methodologies. He holds both a Certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy (Adult Education) with a concentration in Human Resources and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Development and Humanitarian Action Management from Université Laval.
