Kazem Chamran received a B.Eng (Hons) in Robotic-Electrical Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010, an Master degree in Network and Communication Engineering from UPM in 2015, and a PhD in Computing from Sunway University in 20222. He has been engaged in both industrial and academic research and development. Currently, he is head of program for PhD IT and head of research at the faculty of IT. As a senior lecturer, he has supervised many PhD and Master's students. He is also a member of several national and international committees and scientific societies, including the Board of Technologists, the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), and IEEE. His research interest includes, but are not limited to, AI/ML, Cognitive Radio, and IoT.
