I love genealogy I particularly love those moments that just feel like the last piece of the jigsaw slipping in to place. I always felt connected to the cutest small town in Iowa. Founded by Norwegian Immigrants, I instantly felt at home during my college years. Decades later when I started looking into my family history, I found my great-great-great grandparents had spent their lives in the exact same town. Suddenly, it all made sense. I made sense. I’ve been researching for about 10 years and have done my own family as well as research for friends and clients. I am a Professional Genealogist and have a certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University. I have also studied Adult and Community Education. This allows me to create the most comfortable and effective learning environment possible.
