Writer, Speaker and Teacher of Self Worth and Stress Management
Kathleen Robb graduated as an occupational therapist and focused on mental health and art therapy for several years. Recent years have been in quality and policy for a non profit organisation, Now she's excited to combine her research and writing and mentoring skills with her mental health background to bring self worth, stress management and emotional wellbeing transformation to as many people as she can. She has also completed a further diploma in solution-focused therapy and is halfway through a natural medicine degree. You could say she's a life-long learner as well as having a passion for teaching. Other areas of interest include comparative spirituality, energy healing, healing with nature and mindfulness.
Kathleen lives with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs near a forest in the hills outside Melbourne, Australia. She keeps a foot in both camps: the practical, evidence- based world of health research and the ancient wisdom and healing traditions.
