I’m a finance and compliance professional with more than twenty years of experience in international companies, working across accounting, control, governance, and transformation projects. I’ve held roles in manufacturing, retail, logistics, chemicals, entertainment, and financial services — often at the intersection of systems, processes, and organizational dynamics.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen both healthy and dysfunctional workplace cultures up close. Much of my work involved stabilizing teams, improving reporting structures, integrating acquisitions, leading SAP and ERP changes, and supporting organizations through periods of transition. These experiences shaped my interest in how power, behavior, and structure influence everyday working life. Along the way, I’ve also studied philosophy, ethics, and psychology to better understand why organizations and people behave the way they do.
