Hello Musical People! I am the woman behind it all in this course: Katera Watson! I have been playing piano professionally for 14 years now. I've kept a passion for music throughout the years. I am confident we will be able to cover various topics in music such as the circle of fifths, key notation, sight reading, and more.

I have also been classically trained on the piano while playing in a piano ensemble during my undergraduate career. On the contrary, I also expanded my love for music by learning to play jazz while a member of a professional jazz band. Outside of teaching, you can find me composing music for instruments, spending time with family, and reading.
