Since 2012 Kateryna is working in software development in IT outsourcing, start-ups, and product companies. As a project manager, she has managed software development and delivering about 40 projects for start-ups, small-medium businesses all over the world.
She is passionate about project management coaching and mentoring. Having a big project portfolio and experience working on multiple project and product management roles, she created an offline course to support IT education and help people to start their IT careers. Passing this course dozens of mentees personally trained up to high-skilled project managers.
Kateryna has teaching experience at the university, knows the method of stage-by-stage material presentation according to the level of students.
She has 26 publications in different scientific journals and collections of scientific papers and one monograph book.
Last few years she is working as a Business Analyst on requirement elicitation and analysis, MVP solution design, and successful product delivery for companies.
