Nice to be here on Udemy sharing what I know from my years in the private equity profession. I started out my career with Morgan Stanley for three years (in one year serving as an Ambassador to their affiliated Children's Hospital on a consultant capacity), before transitioning to a private equity role. I've focused on healthcare and technology deals to date. Hopefully my course and example problem involving Royal Software is helpful education for those of you interested in a career in private equity.
