Dr. Karissa Thomas, also known as LadyK, is an Emotional Management Coach. She helps businesses cultivate a stronger emotional climate. She is the CEO of Lady K Solutions, LLC. She has spent over ten years in corporate America, recognizing the need for organizational, personal management competence.

In the past five years, she has invested in focusing on education initiatives. Her Executive MBA is from The University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her doctorate in International Education from The American College of Education. She is also the host of The LadyK Show, and she spends her free time as a recreational road cyclist.
