Dr. Kamran Moosa is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Quality Engineering and Management. He currently serves as the Chief Executive of PIQC Institute of Quality, while also fulfilling multiple roles as an experienced researcher, professor, international trainer, consultant, author, and advisor to national and international institutions.
Dr. Moosa is an academician of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and the Chair of the Quality in Education Think Tank (QiETT) of IAQ. His contributions to the field have earned him several prestigious awards, including the Ishikawa-Kano Silver Medal Award by the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) in 2020 and the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Regional Award in 2021.
With experience spanning industrial, service, and academic sectors, Dr. Moosa is a Principal Consultant and Trainer for international certifications like TQM, Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt, and IRCA (UK) QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor courses. He has provided consulting and training services to numerous organizations across various countries, focusing on Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) frameworks/Tools, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 QMS, SPC, Educational QA/QM, Balanced Scorecard, and more.
Dr. Moosa is also an author, having published four books and co-authored one. His notable works include Practical Guide to ISO 9000, Quality Control (national award winner), Quality Management Practices, and Students Quality Circles, along with a chapter in Quality Management in Asian and Pacific Firms by APO Japan.
Currently, Dr. Moosa continues to contribute actively to both national and international Forums dedicated to advancing Quality Management and Business Excellence.
