Having studied to WSET Diploma level and chaired sensory panels for some of Scotland's most iconic whisky brands over the last decade, Kami brings hands-on knowledge to sensory education.
Based in the Scottish Highlands, and through The Sensory Advantage, Kami is dedicated to bridging the knowledge gap that exists in the drinks industry. By sharing insights that are not widely available, Kami is passionate about elevating the experience of flavour. Bringing his experience as a full-time sensory trainer to online courses, the single purpose of these courses is to help others to savour flavour better, and to take flavour appreciation to the next level of expertise.
