Kamaraju Turaga
Mentor | Decision-Making & Critical Thinking with AI
About me
Kamaraju Turaga is a mentor, educator, and lifelong learner with over 35 years of experience across engineering, enterprise IT, presales, and large-scale solution delivery.
He retired from Siemens, India as an SAP Solution Architect and Project Manager, where he led and advised complex, multi-country initiatives across industries including automotive, pharmaceuticals, utilities, public sector, finance, and media. His work consistently involved aligning business goals, technology decisions, and cross-functional teams under conditions of uncertainty and change.
Across decades of professional practice, one insight became central to his work:
tools and expertise matter—but decision quality depends far more on how people think, judge, and take responsibility.
Today, Kamaraju’s work as an instructor and mentor is guided by a simple focus:
I help professionals strengthen judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking in an AI-shaped world.
Since retirement, he has concentrated on teaching, mentoring, and reflective learning, supporting professionals as they navigate complexity, avoid over-reliance on tools or intuition, and develop clearer thinking habits that scale across roles and contexts.
