Hello! My name is kamal kant suman and  I have  more than five year experience and best techniques on digital learning system. I am excited for Crash Course on this academic year!

My educational philosophy is to support all students in being academically successful. I believe that as an educator I have the opportunity to encourage and motivate all students to achieve academic success. Furthermore, I believe that students' academic success is individualized and specific, which is why it is my job as an educator to incorporate good instruction, classroom management, and the presence of various teaching styles in a digital classroom.

I believe in teaching from the heart and being a leader to my students. I want to show them that, teaching them brings me joy to my role. Being able to be the leader they look up to, who believes in their educational journey. No matter the journey or obstacle that comes along, I want my students to strive for their future by being that influence in their life
