Given presentations to 4 different companies on fitness, nutrition and healthy living
However, those things only tell part of my story.
In the 4th grade, after my first season of football, I started working out and creating my own training plans to help me excel in athletics. Since then, I developed an even stronger passion for fitness and helping people improve their fitness level as well.
Realizing that working out is only part of the equation I began to look extensively at nutrition information to be able to better serve clients and help them get better results - that's exactly what happened.
I've been able to help clients lose 20, 30, and even as much as 70 pounds. Improving your fitness and developing lasting habits to help you live a healthy lifestyle is what I'm all about helping people do. Ultimately, I want to help as many people as I can improve their lives, starting with improved health.
