Dr. Julia L. Jackson, a Philadelphia native, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in
Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2001. In 2005, she received her
Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University Kornberg School of
Dentistry. She completed her internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
at Brooklyn Hospital Center from 2005- 2007. In 2011, Dr. Jackson
completed her four year residency from Howard University Hospital. She
has been in private practice in Pennsylvania and Virginia since 2011. She
has spent more than a decade specializing in a full scope of Oral and
Maxillofacial Surgery practice that utilizes the best available
technologies. She enjoys surgical exodentia, wisdom teeth extraction, tori
reduction, alveoplasty, hard and soft tissue biopsies, bone grafting and
full mouth reconstruction.
As an active member of several dental organizations, Dr.Jackson has
been invited to lecture around the country about implant dentistry,
atraumatic extractions, socket grafting and ridge preservation
procedures. She is the founder of two study clubs in Virginia and she is
the coordinator for a support program for doctors. Dr. Jackson lives with
her family in Virginia and enjoys baking in her spare time.
Dr. Jackson is the CEO and founder of International Implant Institute
located in Northern Virginia.
