Holly and J.P. have been coaching and leading young people and adults for well over 30 years collectively. They joined forces in early 2022 to launch their coaching business, Uncommon Education Company. They help individuals, groups and organizations shift their perspective out of our cultural default of problem solving and into a creative orientation. Working with all levels of consciousness, they help clients develop a responsive mind where the unconscious, self-conscious and superconscious are working in harmony. This flow state allows clients to vibrationally draw in their greatest desires and live in joy and love.

We have programs for those seeking more from their lives (Create Everything Fix Nothing signature coaching and retreats), those considering, in the middle of or post-divorce who aren't living the life of their dreams (Divorce Positively), co-dependency recovery exclusively for women (Alchemy of Mind Body & Spirit), and men who aren't living fully into their potential (The Male Imperative).
