Joy has been a lecturer in several  institutions for over fifteen years. She is a Registered Nurse and Coach.

As a Nurse she has worked in the Cardiac Unit and Intensive care Unit.

Her experiences are from living and working in three continents; Africa, Europe and America.

She has a wealth of experience on social issues, and is a sought out speaker.
