With a rich and diverse background in engineering, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience across the defence, manufacturing, and technical operations sectors. I've held roles including Configuration Manager, ARM Engineer (Availability, Reliability & Maintainability), Design Engineer, Explosives Engineer and Fabricator Welder. I've gone from shop floor to playing a key role engineering management.

Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and major projects with a focus on systems thinking, lean strategy deployment, and operational excellence. My teaching combines real-world experience with practical tools to help professionals turn lean principles into actionable outcomes.

My MSc is in Engineer Management from the University of the West of England obtained in 2024 and my BSc is in Physics, obtained from the Open University in 2020
