- 2006 - Negotiated investment, purchase, and construction of a $128 million island resort located in Queensland, Australia.

- 2012 - Negotiated a business partnership with the seventh-largest company in China. This multi-billion dollar partnership led to the construction of one of the largest modular manufacturing facilities in China.

- 2013 - Involved in the Kazakhstan Government Partnership to build the Atyrau Conference Centre.

- 2018 - Launched and developed a new investment model for the Music Industry.
