Josh's primary qualification comes from an open standing invitation of feedback, (constructive) criticism and questions of all sorts for accountability and quality without him gaining an allowance to do this to others. Since 2012 josh continue to sit a daily formal meditation practice; pursue self-study; and regularly attend retreats and trainings while currently facilitating — in real life and online — mostly freely-offered, donation-based meditations such as:
-Mindfulness of breathing
-Four foundations of mindfulness: body; hedonic tone; mind; mind-objects/phenomena
-Awareness practices like Open monitoring/Open awareness
-Heart practices like the 4 Brahma Viharas/Divine abodes: Loving-kindness; compassion; vicarious/sympathetic joy; and equanimity
-Samatha/single – pointedness/concentration
