About me
I've spent more than fifteen years working at the intersection of workplace law, human resources, industrial relations and leadership—first as an HR and industrial relations practitioner within major Australian organisations, and now as an Australian lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
That combination matters.
Most leadership advice comes from people who've only ever seen one side of the workplace. I've worked across all of them—helping organisations navigate workplace change, guiding leaders through difficult conversations and workplace conflict, advising on employee relations, and supporting professionals as they transition into leadership roles.
My professional experience spans industrial relations, human resources, organisational change, learning and development, and workplace leadership, with earlier career chapters at organisations including Toyota, the Department of Defence and the Fair Work Ombudsman.
I'm also a published author, and I bring a writer's discipline to everything I teach.
No unnecessary theory. No jargon for its own sake. Just clear frameworks, practical tools and insights you can use in real workplace situations.
My courses are designed for busy professionals seeking practical, evidence-informed guidance on leadership, workplace success and professional growth.
Whether you're stepping into leadership or building new workplace capabilities, my goal is simple—to help you lead with greater confidence, clarity and skill.
