Dennis started he's career in Makati Development Corporation -A Philippine base General Contractor for Ayala Land as Autocad Draftsman from 2010-2014. He then trusted to become a Field Architect under the same company from 2014-2015 where he handled several projects such as high-end residential mass housing and amenities for land development.
Through his hard work he passed the Architecture Licensure Examination thus became a Registered and Licensed Filipino Architect on January 2015.
He then involved and became part of National Historical Commission of the Philippines as an Architect-Researcher; handled Conservation Projects of UNESCO World Heritage Sites particularly in Sta. Maria and Paoay Church in Vigan, Philippines, restoration of historical civic structures in Laguna and in Sorsogon City, Philippines under Historic Preservation Division from year 2017-2018
He is presently a respected member of the academe in the Philippines a faculty member of De La Salle University Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines -Architecture Department from 2016 to present.
He is a member with Good Standing of the United Architects of the Philippines -The Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects under Las Piñas Luntian Chapter.
He is also the president of Transcape Landscaping Services, a thriving landscaping design and build company based in the Philippines with a number of successful landscaping projects.
Presently, he brings his wealth of knowledge and practical experience to Udemy, where everyone can benefit from a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for his students.
