My name is José, and I currently work as a Generative AI Strategist at Paradigma Digital. With extensive experience in computational linguistics, I’ve held roles such as Engineering Linguist at LinkedIn, contributing to the RLHF process for a cutting-edge AI lab, and as a Computational Linguist for the Google Assistant team, where I worked on advanced virtual assistant technology.

I hold a double degree in English and Spanish Linguistics, a Master’s in Computational Linguistics, and a strong phonetics background. My expertise spans key areas like ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and STT (Speech-to-Text) technologies. I also have hands-on experience training and deploying large-scale machine learning models.

In addition to my industry roles, I’ve been teaching at Spanish and Mexican universities for several years and have been an instructor on Udemy since 2022.

Beyond linguistics and AI, I’m passionate about UX Design, Forensic Linguistics, Project Management, and Finance, which complement my work and academic interests.
