Oshita Sensei has been training in Isshinryu Karate since 1985.  He currently holds a sixth dan rank.  He has spent his life studying the art and "dissecting the dissection" of this simple, yet effective method of self defense.  He has decades of experience teaching students how to look deeper into the techniques of the One Heart Way.
