I am dr Jonas Birch and I'm a professional instructor here at Udemy. I started out in the computer security field in the mid-beginning of the 2000s, working as a security consultant doing penetration testing and source code auditing as well as forensics and business security analyses. I was also part of some really hi-tech and interesting software development projects in the security field.
2010 I migrated to the networking field, working in the telecom business. I did access-networking at a major telecom company for four years and later I did core and distribution networking when I was working as a senior network engineer at a major swedish internet service provider.
I came to realize, though, that I've reached the peak as an employee. I started my own business and began teaching network technology and coding as a consultant.
