Joey Htwe is a Principal Engineering Manager with over 30 years of hands-on offshore experience across FPSO and FLNG facilities worldwide. He has led electrical, instrumentation, and control systems commissioning on some of the most complex floating energy assets in the industry.

Joey holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, plus a Master's in Business Information Systems — giving him both deep technical expertise and systems-level thinking.
