Hi, my name is Joanne. 10 years ago I was an entry-level marketing specialist trying to figure out how to afford my $900/mo apartment and car note. I was really having a tough time. At the same time, I had been learning recruiting for a few years from someone who has been in the field now for over 20 years. Eventually, I decided to apply all the things she had taught me, and I quickly landed a recruiting role, that paid well.
