I started my career as an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Teacher when I began my Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) certificate course at Conestoga College in 2008. 

In April of 2009, I graduated from the TESL program, received my TESL Ontario accreditation and began teaching for the EAP program at Conestoga College in Kitchener, ON, Canada.  I've been a Pronunciation and Listening and Speaking teacher ever since.

In November 2020, I received my MA TESOL from Trinity Western University in Langley, BC, Canada. 

Through my work as a student at Trinity Western and working online through the Covid-19 pandemic at Conestoga, I have found ways to effectively and creatively help my students  improve on their speaking skills while learning from home.  This course is a result of this hard work!
