Jim Daniels has more than 30 years in education and credential program development. He is broadly recognized for his work and expertise in digital credentialing and badge program development and operations, backed by an extensive background in technology and education services strategy and execution.

Jim is a co-founder of Digital Badge Academy where he currently consults with high-profile clients on the development and execution of high impact digital credentialing programs. Previously, he served as the Director of Professional Services for Credly's Professional Services organization, and he held several positions at IBM over a period of 16 years including serving as a global delivery leader for IBM education and accreditation growth initiatives focused on designing, transforming, and expanding IBM’s training and credential programs across both internal business units and external markets.
