Roger grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He founded Got People Skills in 2006. Roger has trained over 20,000 people with his program- People Skills in a Box. Originally training thousands of people at live events, Roger transitioned from live trainings to a DVD set that came in a nice wooden box. Hence the name- People Skills in a Box. Making its debut to an online platform, these communication skills are more applicable now than ever.
