Jesmane Boggenpoel is the author of the book on reconciliation, healing and inclusion My Blood Divides and Unites. Based on her personal experience as a woman of colour in the workplace and insight from round tables, panels and interviews with her book tour, she has created an online course on diversity and inclusion in the workplace with a focus on race and gender.
Jesmane has over 18 years of experience in investments, private equity and as an entrepreneur. Jesmane is the Chief Investment Officer of AIH Capital, a women owned and managed private equity fund. She is also the former Head of Business Engagement Africa at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. She serves on the boards of global firms, including several firms listed on the JSE and . She holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa). Jesmane was nominated as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2013. She is a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader.
