About me
Jenny’s done a little bit of everything—consulting, contracting, and spending 18 years in startup tech working in customer service and experience. She started out in a call center in 2005, co-founded Customer Service Life in 2012, and has been sharing her thoughts on CX, customer service, and self-care ever since. Along the way, she picked up some awards, like the CloudCherry CX Influencer Award (2019/2020) and ICMI’s Top 25 Thought Leader.
These days, she flips furniture, hosts The Career Flipper podcast, and helps people navigate career changes in a variety of industries, all while working a CX 9-5 full time job. When she’s not working, she’s probably at a concert, taking a hot yoga or spin class, riding her e-bike to brunch, taking care of her plants, playing guitar, watching the sunset, or petting every dog she sees.
