I’m Jen Louise Coppock, a biomechanics coach, personal trainer, and Sports Injury Rehabilitation student with a passion for helping people understand how the human body moves and why pain occurs.
With a background in triathlon coaching, sports injury rehabilitation, and manual therapy, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to anatomy, movement, and pain science education.
My teaching focuses on breaking down complex topics such as anatomy, biomechanics, and pain neuroscience into clear, understandable concepts that learners can remember and apply—whether preparing for exams, working with clients, or developing clinical confidence.
I believe learning about the body shouldn’t feel overwhelming. My courses are designed to make difficult subjects approachable, visual, and directly connected to real-life practice.
