I'm a Network Manager and Engineer with over twenty-five years of experience with small and large diverse networks. I have studied for and earned multiple certifications, including Cisco CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNP Design, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, and ITIL.

I specialize in routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, network security, and high availability. I'm fortunate to have worked with many firewall products, including WatchGuard, SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco ASA (with and without Firepower), and Palo Alto Networks. I have over nine years of experience with Palo Alto Networks firewall products, including hardware appliances, ESXi VMs, and AWS.

As a SCUBA, CPR, and First Aid instructor, I enjoy teaching. I have used this experience in combination with my professional experience to teach and help others in Information Technology products, technologies, and the IT field in general.
