Her international experience spans most regions of the globe, where she has led Cambridge CELTA and Young Learner courses and mentored new teacher trainers.

As a consultant, Jeanette supports emerging language centres, helping senior staff elevate their training and leadership capabilities. Her primary focus lies in empowering Academic Managers, Directors of Studies, and Teacher Trainers through tailored professional development.

She is also the author of The ELT Lesson Observation & Feedback Handbook, a practical resource for improving teaching quality and reflective practice across language institutions.
