Jazz Cole

I am a speaker of 8 languages of which 6 of those I taught myself: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, a little bit of Catalan, and some Frisian. Based on the opportunities I received from my language abilities, I wanted to share the importance of multilingual abilities with others because I saw first hand how language skills can take you all around the world! After college, I started Multilingual and Philanthropic Inc, an organization to making foreign language and culture education accessible, giving opportunities to apply it, and build broader networks around the globe.

My background comes from the fashion industry (the production sector) and after working in the industry as an assistant technical designer I developed a love of teaching students of all ages, the languages I love. My style of teaching is all about getting your head out of the textbook and learning how languages are authentically spoken.

In addition to teaching, I regularly create fun language learning content on our website as well as all our social media handles. As proficient as I am with most of the languages I know, I don't want my students to be limited to what I know, so I constantly am immersing myself into language and culture so I have more to share with my students. The truly educated never graduate and I hope to help you become more connected to the world, and the people that are in it.
