Hello, I'm Jay Janse van Rensburg, founder of Outscore English and an experienced English language educator with over 9 years of teaching experience across Asia.

Having lived and worked in Thailand for more than eight years, I have taught students from a wide range of backgrounds, including Thai, Japanese, Korean, and international learners. My teaching experience spans private schools, international schools, corporate language centres, and online learning environments, allowing me to develop a practical and student-centred approach to language education.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and TESOL/TEFL certifications, and I specialize in English fluency, IELTS preparation, British English communication, and academic English. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners of all ages, from young children to professionals seeking to advance their careers and study opportunities abroad.

As the founder of Outscore English, my mission is to help students build confidence, communicate effectively, and achieve ambitious academic and professional goals. I believe language learning should be engaging, practical, and focused on real-world success.
